"We decided to visit Turkey for a holiday in 1999. after growing bored of Spain and the Canary Islands. We had no intention of buying a property but fell in love with Altinkum as soon as we arrived. During a stroll one afternoon we discovered some properties built by Oracle and decided to take a look. We were very impressed, the standard of building and finish were first class, we decided there and then to visit the Oracle Properties Office and meet the Developer. Many of our friends owned houses abroad, but no-one we knew owned in Turkey.
Like doing anything for the first time it could have been a quite daunting experience but we needn’t have worried, as soon as we met the team at Oracle Properties our minds were perfectly at ease. They were extremely professional in their approach and more helpful then we could ever have envisaged. Everything that was said on that first meeting has been carried through with no exceptions. They are available constantly to answer any questions; they made buying so easy. We were offered help with furnishings the apartment and all the legal aspects.
After a year had passed we decided that Turkey would be ideal for our retirement so in 2000 we sold our small holiday apartment and bought a beautiful four bedroom duplex that we now call home It has been a most enjoyable experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
The attitude and approach of their staff has always been professional and first class. We have many friends and relations that have now taken the step to buy a holiday home in Altinkum and they have all chosen Oracle. The after sales service and ongoing maintenance are excellent also. "I have to admit, regardless of the sun, sea and incredibly friendly people, the idea of buying property in Turkey was a very daunting prospect indeed.

"We had no intention of buying property in Turkey but after talking to someone on the beach about this fantastic complex my friend and I went to be nosey. We were never pressured into buying but we are really glad we decided to.
We were always kept up to date as to how the building was progressing and being novices we had many questions to ask Oracle which were always answered promptly. We went to Turkey in the October before the duplex was finished and Oracle very kindly arranged to have us stay free of charge in one of their apartments.
Whilst in Turkey they arranged for one of their representatives to spend the day with us allowing us to view furniture, white goods, soft furnishings, etc. This was very helpful and again no pressure for buying was applied. We bought all the necessary furnishings for the duplex and Oracle arranged for it to be delivered whilst we were in England, so that when we went out in the May it was all there. Their prompt response to any maintenance issues is second to none and when you are on holiday you don't want to spend your days waiting for someone to turn up.

"I first visited Altinkum in May 2005 on an Oracle inspection trip. After viewing an impressive range of properties I decided to purchase a villa on the Oasis Villas Complex. From being met at the airport, staying at the Oracle hotel, viewing the properties and making the purchase, the whole inspection trip was a very pleasant experience. At no time did I feel under any pressure. The viewings were carried out on a one to one basis.
Once terms were agreed I was able to meet with the lawyer, have the contract fully explained and make the purchase. On the same day with the assistance of Memhet, one of the Oracle staff, I bought most of the furniture for the villa. I have also bought an apartment on the new Royal Marina Complex, this I bought off plan and I was delighted to see the finished complex when I was in Altinkum in May this year. The complex was completed ahead of schedule. The finish on the apartments and central facilities are excellent and a credit to Oracle.
I have no hesitation in recommending Oracle to anyone interested in buying a property in the Altinkum area. You are helped through the whole process and when you have made the purchase Oracle run a first class after sales service from airport transfers, currency exchange, property cleaning, car hire and arranging excursions. "My wife and i bought off plan at Golden Park in May 2004 and have never looked back, it was one of the best things that we have ever done. Right from the start Oracle were really helpful, so much so that we bought a property on the first afternoon we got there. We found the standards they offered as well as the service second to none. From then on we kept thinking that something would go wrong as it was so easy but that never happened, and in April of 2005 we furnished our new apartment with the help of Oracle staff again taking us to all the furniture shops and much of it being delivered before we even got back from the shopping trip.
We are now into our third season of having great holidays at our apartment and as we rent out, we also use oracle for all our transfers, cleaning and general looking after the apartment and our clients of which they do a great job. I always get great reports back from clients saying how good the staff were at the office and complex. "How can I explain my experience? Well that’s a difficult question to answer in a few words.
I think from start to finish and by that I mean from first thinking about buying a property to actually owning, furnishing, and staying in my apartment, the help and advice was first class. The whole experience of buying abroad was made so easy by the expertise of Oracle, who always answered any questions or concerns immediately and always exceeded my expectations.
Even now, though I have been an owner for sometime I still enjoy that level of service, with transfers, etc. The complex is maintained to a very high standard at all times such that my holiday starts as soon as I am picked up at the airport. "When we arrived in Altinkum we were met by the staff of Oracle who were welcoming and very friendly.
Once we were settled in we were taken by Izzet to view a completed complex of apartments to give us an idea of how the new site Golden Park would look on completion, as at the time it was just a large plot of open land.
After having a good look around Altinkum and a long chat with Izzet we felt more than happy to purchase a two bedroom apartment on Golden Park which we secured with a three percent deposit followed by two more payments, the last payment being made on completion.
When we returned to Altinkum the following year 2004, our apartment was ready to furnish. We arranged with Oracle to have a member of staff to take us on a furniture shopping day. Mehmet picked us up the following morning, he recommended various shops making it a very successful and pleasant day.
Into our second week we arranged with Oracle to go to the Tapu office to sign for the deeds, Mehmet picked us up and we were taken to the Tapu offices where we were met by Oracles solicitor who spoke perfect English and explained the procedures to us and guided us through the signing of the deeds and the whole process was completed within the hour.
Since buying our apartment we have purchased a second property and have recommended Oracle to friends and acquaintances who now also own property in Altinkum.
During this whole process Oracle have been helpful, honest, given good advice and excellent after sales and continue to do so . Thank you Oracle ."

"The whole process from start to finish with Oracle was very professional and a pleasure to experience. I was informed of the potential of Turkey by a friend who works for another developer. I visited Altinkum with my friend’s company having done my own research of the area on-line.
Once in location I called Oracle and arranged several viewings. From the start the service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and most of all I felt the product was by far superior and much better value for money. The legal side was taken care of with a minimum of fuss and the signing of the Tapu explained clearly.
The villa was also furnished by the team and I could not be happier with the choices and the outstanding service and value for money for what was done, all the essentials were put in place and photographs emailed to me to show the goods bought and installed in the property.
For my first visit back to Didim the transfer was waiting at the airport and the service was great, (if only the roads could be better). The villa had the usual teething problems for any new build property being used for the first time but nothing was to much trouble and once informed someone was there within half an hour to rectify the problem.
Overall it was a great choice to purchase through Oracle as everything has gone very well and could not be better. A big thank you to all at Oracle.

"It was so easy to buy our apartment. Oracle made it easy from start to finish. From buying the property, the legal side and the furnishing, which we did on our first day. We went furniture shopping at about 12.30pm and by 4.30pm they were delivering everything and built the bed and wardrobes and put them in place at no extra cost. The service we received from Oracle and the furniture and white goods shops were fantastic. As for Royal Marina Apartments, the apartments and the complex is fantastic and the bar staff (Taz and vol ) are great.

"Having taken the decision to purchase a property abroad and after months of researching various websites we decided to embark on an inspection trip with Oracle to see for ourselves what was available. After meeting the Oracle staff we knew they were the kind of people we would want to be involved with, friendly, extremely professional and most of all not pushy.
Oracle showed us a range of properties, the best thing of all was that at no time did we feel pressured to buy; we were given time to consider our options, discuss between ourselves and this allowed us to make our own informed decision. We eventually choose to purchase on Golden Park and more recently have purchased on Primrose Villas and Royal Marina.
We thought that buying a property abroad would be stressful with the language barrier and unfamiliarity to contend with but Oracle made the whole process of buying so easy. They assisted us throughout from drawing up the contract, arranging the title deeds, sorting out the water and electric connection and purchasing furniture. In addition the after sales service is excellent and still continues to be so three years down the line.

"My wife and I have wanted to purchase a holiday property in a better climate than the UK but always been affraid of getting conned out of our hard earned savings. You read about such incidents in the national press. So you can see why we were so pleased when we found that Oracle were building and selling property at a very affordable price and to such a high standard.
We first dealt with Oracle twenty years ago, when they were only offering trips to holidaymakers, so we knew they were not a 'here today gone tomorrow' company. Careful research on the net and e-mail contact with the office produced what we felt was the ideal property at an affordable price.
On our inspection trip we were never made to feel that we must buy, in fact, it was quite the opposite. We were driven to the two properties, we had isolated in our research, by one of the Oracle staff, given all the information we needed and time to make up our own minds.
Sevgi dealt with all the legal matters and before we knew it we were the proud owners of our ideal property. But it didn't stop there. Mehmet took us to various furniture shops and negotiated the price on all our goods and arranged for them to be delivered on that very day. Sure enough when we returned to our new home in Turkey all the furniture was there and fully assembled. Wow! try to get Curries to do that in the UK.
We feel the yearly maintenance fees are very reasonable for what we get for them but we weren't prepared for what we saw when we returned this summer. The whole complex had been re-painted and the complex looks great. Goodness knows what the fees would be if it were to go to a company who relied solely on the fees for their profits.
Whenever we are able to grab a weeks holiday we simply e-mail Sevgi, she always returns our e-mails within a couple of hours at most, with our flight number and there is always someone there to meet us no matter whatdelays we may experience. The last thing we want is to be stranded at Bodrum airport in the early hours of the morning.
